Orders placed online are dispatched within one working day (if available from stock) and placed before the cut-off, please see below.

We do not process orders over weekends. Orders placed on a Friday after our cut-off times are dispatched the following Monday (or next working day i.e. after a bank holiday/holidays).

Non-Guaranteed No Next-day delivery is guaranteed. Please order your item in a timely manner to avoid delays or mishaps. Orders placed before their respected cut-off times are despatched where possible the same day. Next-day deliveries are made anywhere between 9am-6pm.

While we endeavour to get your delivery on a next day delivery, vehicles break down, traffic problems and other issues can occur which is out of hands.

If your order is urgent, you require a smaller item next-day or you require your item(s) before noon or on a Saturday then please call us to get a quote, as these options may not be offered on our website. Available times and base rates are as follows:

For any orders that are placed where an item is out of stock you will be notified (along with an expected receipt date) at the next available opportunity.


Holiday Shipping

Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next available working day. No holiday delivery is available.

Shipping Refunds

We do not offer any guarantee of delivery times and subsequently do not offer shipping refunds unless agreed prior to your order in in writing, or via email by a member of our team.


International Shipping

Although our shipping is currently in principle restricted to the UK, AJ's can offer international shipping to countries outside the UK via a manual process.

International shipping rates vary depending on the country that we are shipping to, so please contact us for a tailored quote. Typical transit time is between 5-14 business days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You may be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information before purchase. 

Additionally, when ordering from AJ's, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Placing your export order with us means that you authorise us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you. All prices are final.

Customers wishing to pay VAT in their own countries can, but only on telephoned orders and orders requested by email. We only ship to these customers once we have fully checked your VAT number and will only ship to the address relating to your VAT number. We reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime if you have provided us with incorrect or false information or incorrect or false VAT numbers. We also reserve the right to charge you 20% of the original total if we incur any costs with and/or relating to cancelled orders resulting from the above aforementioned fraud, false information or fraudulent VAT numbers.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our International Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift,” but the cost of the item is stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.


Refused Shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from AJ's Photo Video Ltd, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you. For international customers any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to AJ's Photo Video Ltd. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.


Backorder Policy

If you have back ordered items in your cart at checkout, those items will not be shipped to you until the item(s) are in stock and available to ship. You will not be charged additional freight for back ordered items that do not ship with your original order.


Shipping Address Options

Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during the checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.


Lost/Missing Packages

AJ's Photo Video Ltd are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will take full responsibility for the original order that was made at no extra charge.
