Due to increased parcel traffic, and adverse weather in the UK, our pre-Christmas delivery cut-off dates have been updated to help you plan your purchases.

Deadlines depend on the product, type, and delivery method.

All phone and emails will be unmanned and will not be monitored during our closed periods for our staffs enjoyment and relaxation.

UK Highlands, Islands and Offshore	Monday 15th December 2025 by 1:00pm*
UK Parcel, Pre-10:30 / pre-12 Noon	Friday 19th December 2025 by 1:00pm*
UK Parcel, Standard Next day	Thursday 18th December 2025 by 1:00pm*

All delivery times are guidelines only, and are based on all products being in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Orders must be placed before the cut-off time shown. Thank you.

Orders and deliveries can occasionally be delayed by stock quantity, weather conditions, or driver shortages. In the event of any delivery failure we do not offer any compensation. All orders are to be placed in a timely manner by the client or their representatives.

Please note that owing to the latest Brexit restrictions, or weather issues, when ordering goods destined for the EU from the UK, we recommend allowing enough time for the goods to arrive.
