FAQs

We offer a variety of bespoke and automated studio solutions suited to a range of use cases. Here are some common questions from studios and photographers investing in an e-commerce studio solution.

The HiGlide system looks complex, do you offer an installation service?

Yes, we have a team of experts who install the HiGlide systems. This usually requires a site visit to ensure our technicians can assess what’s required in order to safely install the system into your studio.

There is an installation fee, which will be calculated on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, you can purchase the HiGlide system and install it yourself.

Can I install the Cove-Lock system myself?

Yes, although we would only recommend this if you have good carpentry skills. We also offer an installation service.

The Cove-Lock panels are precision-made and designed to lock together. Once assembled, fixtures firmly hold the panels in place. The client or builder then attaches the support legs to create a freestanding system.

What happens if I need to relocate my studio with either the HiGlide or Cove-Lock system in the future?

Both the HiGlide and Cove-Lock systems can be disassembled and installed in a new location.

When relocating either system, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to advise you on your options.

Do you offer training for the Profoto or Orbitvu automated solutions?

Yes, we offer training for both Orbitvu and Profoto automated solutions. We can arrange training days for a fee.
