From installation and training to moving your studio in the future, here are some of the questions we’re most often asked about our e-commerce studio solutions.
Yes, we have a team of experts that install HiGlide systems. This usually requires a site visit so our technicians can assess what is required to safely install the system into your studio. Installation costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis. Alternatively, you can purchase the HiGlide system for self-installation.
Yes. We would recommend self-installation only if you have good carpentry skills, although we can also provide an installation service. Cove-Lock panels are precision made to lock together before being secured and supported to create a free-standing system.
Both HiGlide and Cove-Lock systems can be disassembled and installed in a new location. If you’re planning a studio move, speak to our team and we can advise on the best way to relocate your setup.
Yes. We offer training for both Orbitvu and Profoto automated studio solutions and can arrange dedicated training days to help your team get the most from the equipment and software.
