The Octa shape produces equally soft or hard edges on all sides, making it ideal for fashion, beauty, portrait, and interview lighting.

Featuring an all-in-one mount design, the Profoto Softbox Octa is incredibly easy to set up with a quick fold/unfold solution. In addition, it provides adjustable softness and intensity of light through its removable and interchangeable diffuser. The recessed front evenly delivers a distribution of natural-looking light, and as it is heat-resistant, it is compatible with the full range of Profoto 100 mm flashes and LED lights.  

Built for larger setups, the Profoto Softbox 5' Octa features a reinforced construction to ensure stability and reliability on set. The upgraded Velcro attachments securely hold diffusers and grids in place, while four integrated safety-wire attachment points provide added security when rigging. The classic Profoto clamp mount ensures a robust connection to your light, designed for demanding professional productions.

Note: When used with ProHead on power level 10 (2400Ws) together with continuous light (500W) on full effect, a maximum of 8 flashes per minute is recommended to prevent the speedring from getting too hot to touch.
