If you are looking for a more directional light with more punch than a white reflector, which would be more suitable for male models then check out the Silver version of this reflector , as the Silver version provides a crisper light, which is better suited to male models.

The unique light the beauty dish creates is perfectly suited to bring out the beauty of the subject. Creamy, yet crisp light that feels completely natural makes the Softlight Reflector perfect for people photography. The resulting effect is a pristine, natural look with slightly accentuated shadows that is ideal for portraits and fashion photography.

The Softlight Reflector White, gives a soft yet directional light that is often used to provide character lighting in portrait and beauty photography. But the reflector is superb for a wide variety of uses, ranging all the way from product photography to interior shoots. It is also an interesting alternative to the more widely used softboxes.

An Optional 25 Degree Grid provides even more light control, and along side this is a Glass Deflector, which removes the dounut effect. To soften the light and reduce contrast from the Silver Beauty Dish you can add a Fabric Diffuser to the front to further soften the light. 

We suggest purchasing the Profoto Glass Cover Dome- Neutral (101561) if/when using the reflector with a flat-front head like the D30/Pro-D3 or Pro-B3 etc.
