BRIGHTER THAN EVER 
The Fresnel 2x design features dual optical intensifying elements, a large 5.5” front Fresnel lens, improved ventilation, and the elimination of light leaks, making this the ultimate Bowens Mount Fresnel.

DUAL LENS OPTICAL DESIGN 
The rear lens focuses and magnifies the beam onto the larger 5.5” front Fresnel lens, maximising light utilisation. Our dual lens optical design makes the Fresnel 2X twice as powerful as the original Aputure Fresnel, and makes the 120d II almost 10 times brighter than with the reflector.

NEW ROTATING DESIGN 
By utilising a new rotating barrel design, the Fresnel 2X creates an intuitive user experience, similar to a camera lens. The smooth focus throw gives users an ability to accurately finesse the beam angle of their light source, allowing you to easily spot or flood your light with a simple twist.

VERSATILITY AND PORTABILITY 
By utilising a universal Bowens Mount, this fresnel can be attached to a myriad of lights. The 7” front ring also accepts the Aputure Barndoors, meaning your light shaping options are endless. With the included carrying case, the Fresnel 2X can easily follow you wherever your shoots may take you.

Aputure F10 Fresnel or Aputure 2 X Key Differences

Light Source Compatibility:

• Fresnel 2X: Better suited for smaller COB LED fixtures like the Aputure 120d II and 300d II, 300x. 
  
• F10 Fresnel: Designed for high-power fixtures such as the Aputure 600d Pro, 600x Pro, and 600C Pro. 

Size and Optics:

• Fresnel 2X: Features a smaller 5.5-inch front Fresnel lens. 
  F10 Fresnel: Has a significantly larger, 10-inch (250mm) glass Fresnel lens. 
  

Heat and Durability:

• Fresnel 2X: Not designed to handle the immense heat of the high-wattage lights and can have issues with internal component wear.
• F10 Fresnel: Features a heat-resistant construction and advanced ventilation, allowing it to manage the heat output of powerful LEDs. 
  

Light Shaping Accessories:

• Fresnel 2X: Uses clip-on barn doors that attach to the front of the unit.
• F10 Fresnel: Utilizes F10 Barn Doors that drop into a dedicated slot, similar to traditional tungsten fixtures, and also allows for the use of scrims. 
  

Efficiency and Brightness:

• F10 Fresnel: Utilizes a dual-lens system to efficiently fill its large Fresnel lens with the light from high-powered fixtures, providing a massive output increase (up to 340% in some cases)
